About the Conference

Since 2016, I have worked as a virtual assistant, practice manager, and consultant to allied health and disability providers throughout Australia. In 2023, I came up with the idea of this event after seeing many health and disability professionals struggling with mental health, experiencing burnout, and facing uncertainty while trying to build successful businesses under the NDIS without receiving adequate recognition, support or resources.

More than clinical development

The person behind the professional title is too often forgotten. They are presented with endless clinical development opportunities but limited options exist for personal and business development. The Heart of Health and Disability Conference is all that and more. It's a two-day event that includes keynotes, workshops, panels, and inspiring stories. Industry experts will take the stage to discuss topics such as mental health, burnout, resilience, business expansion, NDIS, finances, and efficiency.
